Even with the age of consent being 16, isn't there something to do with crossing state lines with a minor? Sixteen may be the age of consent, but it still makes her a minor. The fact that she lied doesn't hold up in court. If a 13-year-old looks 20, and a 30-year-old has sex with her, the guy is still going to prison. I realize this guy is barely an adult, but that isn't a good excuse either.
