Deputies Accused Of Harassment, Misconduct

It is a well known fact that the SO's in Ramona are corrupt beyond belief. I don't doubt Bakers story and his charges are most likely falsified because he talked about the unscrupulous, corrupt behavior by the SO's. Our entire judicial system is corrupt. In our great land you are guilty until proven innocent, however, you are not given the opportunity to prove your innocence because our corrupt DA and prosecutors are too busy threatening and scaring people into taking illegal deals to make your cases "go away". Yet, our corrupt cops get a slap on the hand for doing far worse than some citizens do. Amazing !!!!!!!!!!

Who polices the police? The citizens do!!! This is an outrage. These criminal thugs and usurpers of power need to be put on trial, taken out behind the courthouse, and shot like the dogs they are by a duly appointed justice task force. This isn't Mexico. WE CANNOT TOLERATE THIS BEHAVIOR. The police in San Diego County are out of control.

Oh I'm sure he was ticked that the deputy was having all the fun while he sat there throwing back beer after beer getting furious over his own sexual frustration! Uhm...Seems like Mr. Baker has some anger towards the Ramona Sheriff's for kicking his stupid drunk ass. Sounds like he's out for some revenge. I know both the Sheriffs involved in these alligations and they're both respectful police officers as well as amazing people. They're very laid back and fun but are also good at their jobs. hang on ramona this isn't over, there still more garbage to come. on this, if you weren't there then you really have no idea what you are talking about, and if you were there chances are you were drunk do to over serving and what you saw isn't what the tapes say. Mollies needs to be brought under control and the sheriffs do to. If anyone has more video on this than I do please let me know, one more thing stills will also be happily looked at, i have recorded abuse after abuse from the sheriffs over the past year and sit on a stock pile of police video screw ups, eyewitness and cop accounts are garbage compared to video. Yes these cops are good cops that got caught up in Bullshi, they are also cops and cops lie a lot. this thing would have blown right over had they not tried not charged him like nordstums, verses walmart, If they didn't reach for such far fetch charges this never would have came out. The police across San Diego county over charge over 50 percent of the time. WHY? power abuse. I have heard sheriffs tell people in Mollies when I throw your ass in jail for drunk driving later I'm going to [ fu ] censorship] your girlfriend. I have also filmed hours of these same men and women risk there lives for strangers everyday. The attorneys are going to get to the bottom the Sheriffs are going to cover things up like they do and we are all going to be glad we had something to blog about, in the END WE ALL LOST ON THIS ONE

If you're talking to me I do know what I'm talking about. The man that was assaulted is a very good friend of mine. And no I wasn't there because I don't even drink. I am old enough too, I just don't. I agree with you about the cops, and yes there needs to be some control, but don't judge the book by it's cover. That was all I was trying to say to the other ppl who were calling him "white trash" and saying crap like "I'm going to spit in his face if I see him". They have no right to judge someone they don't know. I have seen all the pics involved with this, and it's not made up. Tased 9 times actually, not 8. How do you fake those pics?
