Carl Bailey, part of the deal to close Ewing is that he get's to coach the boys at Lee High. He know more about the game of basketball than any coach for 100 miles around. If you don;t believe him just ask him. This goes with the closing of TW and consolidation with Lee. They already have the state trophy engraved with his and Lee High's names!

Yeah Brain Coomer knows alot about basketball. Him and Brady Yeary would be a tie when it comes to their knowledge of basketball. Bobby Stafford would look good with his blonde tips on the side line and dad trying to kill the refs. Herb Maggard will get on everyones nerves so bad they will be ready to kill themselves. I say that leaves Tim Johnson as the only viable candidate if he will take it.

I am sure they could hire a coach that coached the Elementary school basketball teams. They had some awesome coaches.Isn't that what they did for a football coach? No coaching degree needed.And no college either for that matter.

New coach is Brady Yeary. Mr. Pendergraft did not take the job. There have been some pretty good elementary coaches that could do a good job. Two good coaches from the past...Carl Bailey and Bill Cress. Also Scott and Kim Orr. A current coach that is good, Shane Stewart, or Chanda Cope.

I believe a certain school board member was worried about losing the vote of the Yeary family and that is the only way to explain him getting this job. This is going to be a train wreck. Glad Im not involved and don't have a kid involved because it is going to be entertaining to watch.
