how in the world is that disorderly conduct... just cuz she has a million kids from 4 or more different guys and lives off welfare like just about the entire city of Lebanon, playing music at 1pm there could be worse going on.. Why is this even a problem?? When my family calls the cops on the A-holes upstairs in our appartment they can't do jack crap about it.. Yet my 65 yr old father can't get sleep cuz people don't know how to quiet there 6 yr old child OR there 16 yr old child or themselves being the adult..
And my family called at 9-10PM AT NIGHT the cops wont' do anything yet.. this chick gets it for loud music at 1 in the after noon..

NOO not really sticking up for her just saying the cops have better sh*t to worry about and only pick and choose these types of situations...
