Georgia - Inmates Complain of Treatment at Clayton County Jail

what good does it do to complain and nothing is done about the inhumane conditions. Here it is two years later what does that mean The State of Georgia is allowing this to go on with tax payers money. Everything in this article is true true true and much more is left out. All officers have been trained except two or three to operate under this type of behavior. If Bush's family was to go through this turmoil I bet you the conditions would change instantly. tax payers of clayton county is being mislead about the use of their tax dollars when regarding this mentally ill institution.

Good thats great.Thats the way they need to be treated.So maybe when they get out they can and return to society they can obey laws.What do expect to be treated like? you are in jail not at the Ritz Carleton.

This would come from a prior inmate who couldnt obey laws.I think we need harsher punishment and 24 hour lockdown!

Awwww... are they atleast getting cable tv on taxpayers dime? What is the prison system doing to these poor unfortunate (laugh) individuals. Makeing them respect authority? Clayton County voted in a gansta wanna be for sherriff and he's only going to use his power like all the other black elected officals in the METRO is to pad his pockets. Many of his officers use illegal tactics to force and lock up as many white citizens as possible, for the white people have jobs. Victor knows this so he teaches illegal tactics to make his pockets fatter. So for you people who have never been in the Clayton county area and have never watched this egotistical looser abuse his athority then your remarks are not much use. Listen to the people who have been in Clayco's dungeons and mistreated. Ask Victor why the "REDdog crew" has his permision to beat locked up criminals into bleeding and begging for their lives? This is how Victor gets his rocks off. Is this how we want our society to become? Victims of the law enforcement? Wait till you or your Child is illegally attacked by one of Victors dirty cops and you have to hire an attorney to protect your life savings from the Black Hitler wanna be Gannsta! Clayton County is the arm pit of Georgia! Officer Sumner is the worst crooked cop Victor has, Illegally planting contraban. I personally know Officer Sumner and to hear him brag how he illegally sets up mostly white college grads. He stated once in the gym he hated the system for he always wanted to become a GBI but to become a GBI a college degree was a must and he couldn't pass the sat with high enough score. So he is pissed off with the system and for that he would abuse the system. So for now, he can only be a Victor wanna be. But his wife is a GBI! I personally have lifted weights with this deputy and have had several talks about dirty set ups and illegal tactics he uses. To report a dirty cop who do you trust to call and report this too? If Georgia could give away a county Clayton county would be on top of the list. Abused prisoners in Clayton county is a daily occurance. I personally have never been locked up in Clayton county. But to just listen to the reports of one of Vicotrs very own officers as he abuses and uses illegal tactics.. CLayton county needs an enema.

First of all I have know many people in this jail.Do the crime do the time.If you get beat you wont want to go back now will you.Jail needs to scary if not its just a FREE vacation.I hope that Dominique Stacey and Joseph Dedeaux the two teens who killed my bestfriend is getting what they deserve in Jail there too! Victor Hill came and spoke at the Elementary school I work at. He was great he told the children straight up how is was in his jail.Like bootcamp and that they would never want to go there.Its OK for hip hop artists to talk about killing people and selling drugs.But its not ok for Victor to treat them the way they act.Like criminals!

First of all this Sheriff is a person who doesn't know how to handle authority. He isn't GOD and he isn't in the military, He definitely isn't hitler....He's supposed to be rehabilitating/reforming...sho wing criminals how to be men & how to be real men in the world. His wanna be gang {deputies} are just following his lead. The county jail along with state mental hospitals should be investigated at least quarterly without warining, so that they catch the real thing. Is there something going on or not? What? do they provoke the inmates to fight back and then slap them with destroying government property or attacking an officer, so they can threaten them with more jail time. It's a shame to give any person{s} so much power. Remember.....It could be your son,husband or yourself who makes a mistake and ends up there and everyone else wants to judge and say,"Oh they deserve it." Be careful who you point fingers at...You never know....But this guy's job has really gone to his head. What happens if the inamate{s} don't obey and turn away from him as he walks through the jail....there's the real story.....
