First of all, this has nothing to do with being black....but since your black and want to play the race card, here we go. This is ALL about OBEYING the law, studing to stay in school and making good grades, not doing drugs, working hard for respect, and being someone that the rest of the team can look up to. Dyer was NONE of those things! Black or not....he was kicked off 2 football teams for being a thug basically. Have plenty of friends on the ASU and JPD police dept's and they all say that they could of arrested him plenty of times but where told to let him go. It happpes to ALL athletes, black or white. This young man has had EVERYTHING handed to him and took advantage of NONE of it. SO go blow your racist BS somewhere else!

If black people get mad over ignorance, hell go earn a degree and become a doctor or lawyer and show everyone they are wrong! Mike was not taken advantage of, I hate to tell you it was the other way around. Go ask Mike or ASU or Auburn where he got that Dodge charger he was driving! As far as the slavery comment, did slaves do dope, carry guns, and steal from everyone? If they did, I guess you are right!

So, let me see if I understand what you are saying. Nothing was his fault, none of it. He just wanted to beat the "statistics". Yeah. Holding a gun and bag of reefer will beat those suckers all day long. It is the fault of society, as nothing is ever the fault of the individual involved. Thanks. I understand now. And I don't believe color had much to do with this young mans life choices. He got tossed out of one university, despite his skill and talent, was offered a second chance, based on his talent and skill, and managed to pizz it away again. Whose fault was it again? The police officer? No. I don't believe it was.

DAY UM dood I had to read posts before you twice cause i thought I had missed some racial slurs. YOU are the one who brought race into it. these people were talking about a college athlete and the trouble he was in. and they you ran in with YOUR racist rantings. What a piece of work. If you are gonna be a knee jerk racist at least wait till someone says something about race before going off.

What exactly have they done to you ? I'm a fan of both but people like you are the ones who try to not allow that... Time to grow up ... Act your age ... They don't and probably never will play each other .. So why do people like you try to form a rivalry with a school you won't play? It gets old on both sides part .. Both groups need to grow up

I am a hogs fan thru and thru. My beef with asu is their terrible fans who cheer when the hogs lose even if they lose the same day. I know people who actually rooted for duke against hogs in national championship in 1994 even though they have lived in arkansas their whole life!! U need to grow up and grow a pair and realize how desperate asu fans are and how nobody nationally even knows where asu is or that it isnt arizona state!!! Ur the idiot for still supporting them.

Ur the idiot for still supporting them. yeah this guy is very mature .. If only you knew how big of Dbag u make real hog fans think of u .. I go to hog games and have been there when they announce an ASU score in a game and when they are winning people cheer .. Ur more of a bad apple for lack of better words and an outsider from real hog fans . Hog fans that are thru and thru hogs don't fear or have hatred towards ASU cuz there is no threat .. We don't play them .. U let what happen nearly 20 years ago still bother u ? Wow .. Very mature there pal.. So because a few ASU fans show hatred you hate on the entire university and athletic program? Do what you can to downgrade them? If I found out who you were I would blast you to all the real hog fans , not the posers who try to act cool and downgrade other universities in the state because ur mad At what they did in 1994 which is what ur doing now and ensure you were blackballed from the games.. If u had a Big enough sack , atleast in ur head To think it was , we would Haze u right back out of the stadium.. Learn to grow up and not live in the past .. Especially 20 years ago .. Come on now high school ... Think about and grow up .. Ur being pathetic really... Posers like u give us real fans a bad name .. Don't swear it ASU .. Guys like this shouldn't speak for us all .. Good luck this season and may all ARKANSAS SCHOOLS succeed ..

The funny thing is the state trooper acted like he didn't know what to do. I mean you catch a guy running 96 in a 70 MPH zone and he has drugs and a gun on him, what was he supposed to do, blow the guy just because he was afraid of what "coach" might do? Remember this is how Penn State got into trouble covering up wrong doing. If this had been Joe Citizen on his way to work his ass would be in jail facing prison.

This entitled, and probably half literate, jock should never be allowed to play again! If the trooper was willing to give him a break because he played a boring kids game he should be fired! There should be NO special privileges for anyone!

Drugs were not nvolved. It was a plant. The gun and excessive speeding however are a different story.

Why does every SEC football team play at least 1 in-state opponent, EXCEPT for the almighty Hogs, who will play any team from anywhere, as long as it doesn't threaten their supposed dominance of the great state of Arkansas?
