so next time ask to see there doc. to have a S.C.P. if they can not provide doc's why should you have to provide yours??? hmmm?????????

stop complying with there bully ways such as passengers showing I.D. when obeying the law,,stop letting them bulling you into pety tickets because you refuse to comply to with there request that moks the constitution,,

per-say the sign at apartment city does not give them the right to search your vehicle just for being over there,,( city nuisance law) if you read the law it does not say anything about searches or felony trespassing,,,just a way to take away our rights inwhich it is a ploy to scare people that don't know there rights,,

And freedom to gather at any S.C.P. is legal so we need to express that we are not going to let them by with it without a fight,,:)

A few years ago I was a passenger in a vehicle when we were pulled over. I had been drinking, and when the officer asked if I had been drinking, I told him, "Yes, but I'm not driving the car." He asked for my I.D. and I politely declined. Nothing happened, and he let the driver go with a warning for crossing the center line in a no-passing zone.(There was no oncoming traffic and it was just a mistake due to the curve we were going around)

We, the citizenry, need to know and assert our rights. We are losing more and more rights every single day. Congress passes bills which are signed into law that not only take away our privacy and rights, but also fabricate laws where there should be none. This is so that they can fabricate excuses to detain people without real cause, and charge them with "crimes."

Know your rights and USE them.
