I saw Obama's helicopter fly over

On his way to Fort Hood about an hour ago.

No I don't start drinking this early.

I heard his heli was dropping buy one, get one free double cheese burgers from Burger King coupons!

why you don't believe me? Look on a map. Draw a straight line from DC to Fort Hood. He came right over here, and it was about an hour from the time CNN said he left DC, and about an hour before he landed at Fort Hood. I saw it clearly, with the Presidential Seal on the side and everything. He was up I guess about 2500 ft or so, maybe higher, going pretty fast.

How do you know it was Obama? Did the helicopter have 20" rims with spinners on it? Was Michelle O tossing out gorilla cookies? Could you hear the stereo blaring over the rotor noise?

such stupidity, the prez would be taking air force one not a helicopter from dc to tx.

The President does not fly in Marine One unless he is going to Camp David or other short flights.I realize that you saw something,but it was not Marine one.Check it out.

Not to rain on your parade dude, but the chopper from Arkansas Childrens Hospital has a logo that looks alot like the Presidential bling. I made that mistake several times myself, and anyone on topix will tell you that I'm never wrong. BTW did you catch the cig butt and built a shrine around it?

It's about 1500 miles from DC to Fort Hood. Marine One's range on a full tank of fuel is about 550 miles. Obama likely took a Air Force One.
Of course, you should think about what you're saying. It's 600 miles from Jonesboro to Fort Hood. A helicopter has a cruise speed of about 150-200 mph. If you saw this helicopter an hour before Obama landed at Fort Hood, and it was an hour after he left DC, that's defacto proof that Obama was not on the helicopter. Looks like you don't know what you saw.

If it WAS him then that's very awesome! Wish I'd have seen it too.

Marine One flys 1000 mph then? Arkansas is at least 1000 miles from DC. That's a fast helicopter. Get over it.

Check the website of the presidential air lift group. The helicopter, known as "white tops" by the marine corps is loaded onto a cargo plane...same as the presidential limo. Speaking of which, didn't you see him get into it at the bottom of the steps of AIR FORCE ONE!!! Why on earth would the President fly from D.C. to Texas in chopper?
