If its the the wanda turner who runs Nafa, then no, shes a good person doing good work, who doesnt get the support she should from the city or state.

Wanda doesn't even get paid for the dog training she does at Petco. It all goes to Nafa. She is an amazing, kind lady. Get your facts straight

You're absolutely right. She's done nothing wrong and has done more to help animals than all the liars on Topix put together ever have or ever will. That apparently enrages the scum of Jonesboro, people who go about doing good and even those who simply work and mind their own business and try to live a quiet, peaceful life. I've never been more disgusted by the people of any town than Jonesboro. It truly is hell on earth. If the population were not incompetent pet owners and animal abusers there wouldn't even be a need of so many shelters and Animal Control would not be so over worked. If there were not so many criminals (convicted and not yet arrested) there wouldn't be such a need for law enforcement. It's those trying to keep order and help that become targets to the evil, inbred freaks in that filthy town. Your churches seem to have failed you all together. It's a shame. My sympathies to Wanda Turner and you and the few decent individuals still there.

There are always one or two ungrateful people who periodically use this site to bash this woman and/or NAFA. To these people, you are expending your energy on the wrong person. This woman is a saint in my eyes, as are all of the volunteers at NAFA. She works tirelessly and for zero pay all in the name of animal welfare. I thoroughly researched this organization before deciding to donate my time and money and found nothing even slightly negative in their background. This is one organization that is truly out to only help the animals, not help themselves. I am constantly amazed by their dedication and tireless work. They do it all and they do it for free, without complaint and with little thanks and even less financial support. They are amazing people and I'm proud to know them. I shudder to think about how many animals would be dead without their love and kindness. I thank God for all of them and pray that they are willing and able to continue doing what they have selflessly done for so long.

The next time you want to help spread a rumor (that is completely not true) or bash someone, just ask yourself if you are making the kind of difference in the world that this woman is making. And she is making a difference, I assure you. A positive difference. I only hope you strive to make a positive difference as well.

You might be right about the embezzlement cuz I jus signed up for an adoption and was.told it would be a small adoption fee but now she has told me it will cost me $200 I mean for that amount I can go and buy a pet and not have to deal w soo much paperwork or requirements but ill be talking to someone above her cuz it jus doesnt sound right

You're a damned fool. You get a pet already spayed or neutered and up to date on it's shots.$200 IS a small fee compared to what it would cost to do that independently. UNLESS, of course, you're also a despicable piece of crap who wouldn't bother to have a pet spayed or neutered or get it shots? There are sure too many like that. Kudos to NAFA for all the animals they protect from people like you.
