He stated that he understood how these enemies could lash out for 2 months after the election but could not believe that they are still doing it 2 years later. He also said he felt certain Kevin has ignored Tom's resistance against Delane, Dewayne, and Eric. He confirmed that Delane and Dewaynes resignation allegations are true that the Board has the internal board email Tom gave the golfers, evidence of numerous follow up emails that Tom never performed, evidence Tom took a month to fire an employee that was stealing, and more I can't remember.
I want to know why a few neighbors could not let go of the past and felt the need to tear up the neighborhood to make their point for 2-3 years?

Tom is the reason why they had to hire a General Manager. He wouldn't do what the board asked him to do. Unless it involved giving lessons or the pro shop he wasn't going to see that things got done. I knew when I quit out there he wasn't capable of doing it. I'm sure he gave back the raise he was given when he became GM. This is what came out of the meeting last night in my opinion. Tom reports to the Board but Kevin is who Tom wants to listen to. Tom and Bob do not get their jobs done for the board. Kevin is board member that is the lead for the golf course and does not hold them accountable enough. Tom cares about the golf course but does not care about the entrance, pool, common grounds, restaurant, and upkeep. The board asks Tom multiple times to do something and he does not even respond so they get upset and become harsh after multiple requests. Tom gave internal board emails to troublesome golfers buddies to motivate them to go after board members he does not like. Tom and Bob have been using threats of quitting to also motivate the troublesome golfers to attack the board members. Both sides are at fault from what I can tell. 2 board members don't try to hold Tom Accountable, 3 members listening to resident complaints tried to hold Tom accountable but became harsh, and Tom is clearly lacking.
After hearing all of this last night I went in Tom's proshop with a fellow resident to see her point about the terrible upkeep of the non golf areas and that the Proshop was spotless. I am concerned after what I learned last night that we do have serious management issues.
