Sorry to hear you have lice. You'll have to cut your own hair or have your momma do it for you. Salons are not allowed to serve clients with lice for fear of spreading them to clean people.

The Haircuts are NOT free someone has to pay for them, And that burden falls on the good ol hard working tax payer. It's just another welfare program. Pay for your own damn kids Haircuts.

Freaking idio t. JC Penny is not the government. It brings in business for them when they offer the free cuts. You seem to be becoming even more unhinged as of late. Quit drinking so much beer.

Have those lice infilterated your brain, Honey, or have you always been stupid?

JC Penney is not subsidized by the government. The tax payers are not paying for the free haircuts. The JC Penney corporation is. It is known as advertising, dear...not welfare! Many salons offer free or discounted services from time to time as a way to say 'thank you' to their current clients and to encourage new clients to visit their salon for the first time in hopes of making their visit enjoyable enough that they will return for paid services when the need arises. Some people do and some don't. Whether they come back or not, the advertised service is FREE and the 'burden' falls only on the company offering it.

I say 'kudos' to JC Penney for helping to get the kids back in school looking good and helping to defray some of the expense of back to school for the parents! I don't work there but I admire them for being willing to do it. Back to school is the busiest time of year for hairstylists and they are gambling a lot of revenue by offering this service for free.

I'll bet your glass is always half empty and you always look a gift horse in the mouth and you question the motive behind every good deed. Glad I could clear this motive up for your louse riddled little brain.

It's true! I saw the ad in the paper and I called them and they really are doing it for free. There are no gimmicks or hidden costs involved. Of course, I'm sure they're hoping that while we're at the store we'll buy something instead of just our kids hair cut for free and leaving but you don't have to.
