Remember, an arrest is not the same as an arraignment or a conviction. Please remember assume that the person is being wrongly accused unless they are convicted of something.

You're right according to another thread. Her sis bonded her out and she never paid a dime. And why hasn't the news reported any of this especially if it all happened in the ER.?

i don't know if she paid or not....I just know her sister didn't hire a bondsman...she is the bondsman. I know her sister well and shes a sweet woman...so I thought about calling her to find out whats goin on. if i find out more, i'll post it here. I'm a bondsman also so I know her well. I can't figure out why the news hasn't reported anything...makes me think we need to call The Sun and Kait 8 and compliment them on their awesome investigative journalism skills!!

The above post based on 100% fact 0% opinion currently rates 1 empty bulb and 1 peanut. Amazing

I think people must be getting confused with that judge button. It looks like they think they are supposed to judge their own mentality, instead of the comment from the poster.

no one said she was convicted...only said she was charged..i think one of the big questions here is....why hasnt it been released via the local media? they release arrest reports daily in the police/courts section of the paper and the tv reports of arrests made around in the area..so why not this case

The truth huh?

The truth is that until someone is convicted of a crime, the S.O. would be completely ignorant to make a decision or statement regarding this matter. I have seen all too many times accusations made in police reports that end up being false or only partial truths, although I have not, nor intend to read the report on this situation. These claims may very well be true but unlike this website, slander and libel do mean something to some people and I am sure after all the facts are presented and this person had their day in court, this matter will be handled professionally and right!

Oh yeah, almost forgot, 2nd page Jonesboro Sun, so hush hush and read the paper, seems as if some of you don't know what you are talking about as usual!
