joliet has been making a mistake in there billing for the last twenty years they have just caught it and have since corrected it . we have been paying so much per 1000 units when it was suppose to be per 100 units.
we are not part of the city of joliet . our rates are not subsidized we pay them and they make a profit on us.we pay the same rate as others who use joliet for sewage disposal
