Forget the H1N1 virus! What makes me sick is the blatant racism on this board. You people who post this racist garbage are the ones who don't deserve to live in this country. You make we ashamed to be American.

Almost every topix board on the Joliet forum -- no matter what the original topic -- seems to become a venue for hate-filled racists to vent their bigotry. When I moved here 10 years ago, several of the people I first met warned me Joliet was filled with bitter, jealous, narrow-minded people. Sadly, I have come to realize they were right...

Yeah it was the illegals who went back home and then reentered the United states illegally again.. Yep the mexican flu.. Time to put the illegals into holding facilities like the Arizona sherrif does.. tent cities in the sun.. or the government should start enforcing immigration laws... or we can eliminate the problem

It was ONLY by the blood and sacrifice of Patriots that this country was founded and which allowed people like you to exist!
Somehow you anarchists have been allowed to move about too freely and have corrupted the innocent minds of our youth. What needs to be told to these young minds is NOT the tolerance of the patriots but their sacrifices and the discipline that those patriots possessed!

I thought message boards were for people to voice their opinions!! Why get so pissed off? And why is it when other people whether it be blacks, mexicans, whatever..cry racism, it's ok and nobody says anything to them but when a white person says something you've got everybody screaming!!!

What is wrong with you? I'm white and I can tell you that these so-called "mexicans" you speak of work alot harder than some of the white guys I know and it isn't their fault it started there and they may have family here, so stop your racism.

This should have been contained in MEXICO by shutting down the borders and all air traffic immediately after the first case was confirmed from the CDC and WHO.

THERE IS NO SEASONAL FLU RIGHT NOW!!! OVER 99% of flu cases ARE Swine/Mexican Flu. Besides, while all deaths cause loss, the fact remains that seasonal flu victims are 90% over the age of 65. While 95% of deaths to H1N1 are UNDER age 50. That is the scary thing. Check the CDC website for accurate information. And please take care of yourselves and your family. The teenager in Naperville died because she gave her friend who was coughing a hug. STAY home if you are sick. Just becuz U live, someone else might die. I mean over 90 pecent of the population has some kind of underlying issue. Even smoking is considered an underlying factor. Mild asthma, mitral valve prolapse, hypothyroidism, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, etc.. etc... and this H1n1 virus has also killed healthy persons as well.

Aries

There are good indications in the areas of career, a relationship with somebody you admire or with work in general (regardless whether it is housework or paid work). This is an excellent time to reorganise how you do your daily tasks and to send off your resume, or go for a job interview. You may receive helpful advice from a co-worker: if you are waiting for news from a parent or authority figure, you should have it soon.
