If he is guilty show me the evidence to convict. He sounds like a scumbag but you cannot convict him in the public if the police have nothing. It just sounds like all the police in will county are incompetent. Look at the Plainfield Police when that nurse was killed and they thought it was a suicide. Now the Plainfield police want to go union so they can do less work sounds like a good place if you want to commit a crime.
