What is the plans of BNSF railroad and the company Parsec of Elwood.

Damn!! And I was supposed to go to the orientaion tomorrow morning. Is it really this bad? I know this guy who supposedly was going to get me into the railroad. I was thinking BNSF or UP. This is what he gives me?

Ya know what's funny. All these people listen to you on the radio live out of state. I want that job. My husband works for your company. I'm trying to figure out what his job title is. Moving a box around and flying around on a truck? Anyone know? I know that the pay is shit for being held for 12 hours and it's union? Pay should be higher. What does supervisor positions pay? Truth be told, all the rails are the same.
I worked for pacific rail at the ns landers yard and trust me I've seen operators come in soo smashed that they could not climb the ladder to get in the side loaders.
There was a guy there named sly, what a junky! He was tested pos. For crack fired and rehired.
Its not what you know its who you blow!

Yea i worked there back in 2008, funny floyd falling asleep, he ran my truck over with me in it one night while just cruising down the track, they tried to fire me everyday after even though i had a clean drug test, i busted my ass there everyone should of been making bank, i actually enjoyed working there but who knows, they finally fired my ass due to myself being sick, i had a doctors note cuz i was really f...ed up but they didnt care they didnt even want to see it, just said F it, and seeing i was in an accident and totalled a hole truck not being my fault i was gone. So screw them cuz thats BS everyones on drugs in that bitch and everyones dirty ass fools too. well most of em.

Hmm I applied this summer and was offered a job and turned it down. Maybe I made a good choice. I know 4 people that work there and they all tell me it sucks but 2 of them brought home over 60k last year. That's good pay for no college or special training.

I personally think its a good job and easy money. I've been there for a year and a half. Overtime is a plus. You do get held over alot if your a newbie, but with seniority it does get better to the point if you need O.T you can volunteer.
So everyone complaining about Parsec, you have your own personal issues with them and I understand that but it doesnt give you the right to tell everyone its a bad place to work because it really isnt. Im still there and plan on being there for a while. They do take your safety as a number one priority.
