Parsec is Unfair to their employees, and should have given all gate employees the opportunity to work in the yard. Or atleast fair notice that their jobs would be terminated.

The only way you can ever get in with that company and I'm talking about Parsec in Elwood Il, is if your dirty or kiss alot of butt, and I'm sure most you who have worked there or is still working there can all vouge for that. All their managers are Horrible.

I know quite a few people that work there, don't get injured there you will get fired and they make up all kind of lies on you to prevent you from getting a new job.

has more years than the guys that are still there you have employee there that goof around talk on their cell phones and hide behind trailors like this guy they call WEST. He comes to work drunk and they have sent him home twice because you can smell the alcohol. They rather keep alcoholic than someone that is a hard good worker. I heard the alcoholic is still there smelling like alcohol on a daily. What a joke Parsec

I worked there and they terminated me while on medical and they left me with a lot of medical bills...Now I am being offered very little money for a screwed up knee, that place is a chemical accident waiting to happen...

I Juan venegas work at parsec 707 contractor for BNSF railrosd from 11-21-2003 to 6-25-2008. on june 25,2008, I had a "seizures" at work . Ralph henry, terminal manager, told me if I was on drug. I said "no". and told him I have a "seizures". he said if I wanted to go home. I said "yes" he said sign this paper and go home. ralp henry, terminal manager, forced me to sign a resignation form after a "seizures".

I worked for parsec in 2006 and it was the worst company I have ever seen. There is no safety what so ever and they hire people with no qualifications to move heavy containers and operate heavy equipment. I witnessed a container dropped on a semi tractor one night and the crain operater only had a 4 hour crash coarse on how to operate the crain. I also had a fellow employee smash into me one night while standing still. Turns out he was on drugs and blacked out before he hit me. After these 2 events I quit. I figured it was only a matter of time before I got hurt or even killed by someone else. This company is shit and needs to go!!!

It's seems like harrassing and being racist against others is the way they like to work. There's an individual who constantly harrasses and slurs racial remarks, management knows of this and they don't do anything about it. Why?, well because this racist individual knows how to work with management. Management doesn't do anything about it because there are things that goes on with them that this individual knows about and they have eachother at their fingertips. Maybe they should consider drug testing everyone without advance notice.
