I don't belive this. It was just months ago a woman was arrested for a BAC of .39 or something and they claimed then that death was pretty much assured at .32 and it was amazing how she was so far above that and alive. Now we are up to .491. I think this is a pissing contest for cops.

In all reality, the machine had to malfunction. And I am willing to bet that both of their attorney's are going to fight it based on that.

I think if the cops are smart, they should have tossed the results, let them sleep it off and let them go the next day. Because if they can prove the machine malfunctioned, everyone busted that night get has get out of jail free cards.
