What native people? The native people who traveled mostly from Mongolia, through Siberia, across the Bering land bridge into Alaska and spread out over time through current day North and South America?

The same native people who engaged in tribal warfare and slaughtered their opponents for each other's land? The same native people who never thought to tame and utilize animals in the Americas to make work and transportation easier? The same native people who never thought to use the wheel, an invention they already possessed, to also make work and transportation easier?(Especially after the horse was reintroduced to the Americas. Prior to using wagons, they used travois pulled by a horse)

The same native people who one day ran across an even bigger tribe of people with fairer skin also from a distant land who had bigger and better weapons than their own? When it's put into that perspective, the Indians and Europeans were no different; Except the Europeans were more advanced in technology and warfare. Just as some Indian tribes were more advanced than others in those same areas. What justified the tribes owning the land they did? Most tribes surely took their land from others at some point.

So now, on what grounds should the Indians be given North and South America back?
