For a period of time, Mr. Ciotti also wielded his power as a service manager at SAS. During that time, through the use of threats, blackmail, and lies, he terrorized his employees and clients alike. The slightest disagreement with him led to his acts of revenge and sabotage.
And yet, he was supported by SAS personnel. all the way to Mr. Kevin O'Riordan, who hired him and was also the chief recipient of his acts of deception, almost always being fooled by Mr. Ciotti into taking part in his plans for revenge, sometimes carried out against people whose only offense was to disagree with him on burger toppings. And yet Mr. O'Riordan continued to support and aid him in his reign of terror.
The level of incompetence that would allow someone like Mr. Ciotti to be hired to care for a vulnerable population cannot be overstated. His cavalier attitude toward the law (except when he felt that he was enforcing it), his deals for client medications, his night-time surveillance of his wards, his stalking of those he opposed, and other offenses too numerous to mention, were all carried out with the knowledge, sometimes even support, of the rotten apples who refused to see the corruption before their eyes.
Eventually, Mr. Ciotti's true nature will be exposed, his crimes avenged and revealed. It can be hoped that during that time his acts against humanity carried out under the auspices of SAS, will also be made clear and the relevant miscreants among them punished.
