NYC Slumlord Alert Montour Falls, NY	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Jul 3, 2012 The latest hustlers from NYC landlords came to Binghamton Council for more special favors. The word is out that Binghamton is a suckers-market for tax breaks for NYC investors. Where is the tax break for local homeowners? These "dry wall" developers are just made-over slumlords.

Since when is a molded tub and shower luxury?$1,500 in appliances are luxury? These are little more than downtown sardine cans for students.
