Review: Almost Heaven Realty

I strongly urge you to rent from someone else. Not only is this company dishonest and misrepresentative of their properties, they have no intention of ensuring your satisfaction or ever returning your security deposit. We ended up with an unfinished property staged to be sold, meaning there were none of the expected supplies or amenities. I have rented many homes before and never seen anything like this. When I sought the agent who rented the place to discuss our concerns after we arrived she was 'on her day off' and could not be reached. We were told, you can handle it in the morning. These are not reasonable people. Do not let them ruin your vacation the way they ruined ours.

I too had a very bad experience renting from Almost Heaven (more like Hell) Realty. The rental agent and owner of the company was unfriendly and unavailable to remedy any complaints I had with my rental property. Based on the rental contract and property description I was led to believe that there were several features to the home (i.e. canoe, t.v., basic kitchenware) that were not on site. Renters BEWARE!!! If you are planning a vacation in the area I would recommend using another rental company!
