City seeks funding for highway, sewer upgrades

The Jerseyville City Council held a special meeting Thursday morning to approve funding applications for a future highway project and sewer project. via Alton Telegraph

some prodigy out in the county was worth millinois , WAS !, they rob his ass on da court house steps ( seems to be history repeating itself )
