Former Marquette football coach faces sexual abuse charges

“The acts that occurred were fondling of the 16-year-old's breasts by Mr. Pagliaro, which constitutes the offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, because he is more than five years older than her, and she is between 13 and 17 years old”
