The battery businees with this Aeon Batteries was not bad. This company sent the battery i need.The laptop battery is working fine when i am traveling, and I would definitely use have deal with them again. Thank this Aeon Batteries. My son is very happy with this gift.

I have bought a laptop battery from Aeon Batteries Corp, the speed of delivering battery is OK, I have used the battery for about 1 month, so far not any question comes out. I’m wonder whether so many people complain it.
At least, I like it. |

Bought a laptop battery though "Canada-batteries.ca "
thinking I was dealing with a national company. Buyer beware; I had to pay extra to cross the border. Received the battery for an extra $20, but it was DOA on arrival and I had to spend another $20 sending it back. These things happen from time to time, no matter where or what you buy. Support from customer service was responsive, sympathetic and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I would buy from this company again because their service and selection is unmatched. |

I ordered a battery for sony camera from Aeon Batteries Corp and returned to seller as my fault. Customer service deputy Singa helped me for resending and I received it on Thursday. It wrote an email to the supervisors so I can let them know how pleased I am with the service he provided, as well as the company in general. I am disabled, so anytime someone makes my life easier, it is greatly appreciated.

Customer service is excellent. I ordered a battery for a camcorder but before I could use it the camcorder fell on the floor and unfortunately had to be replaced. There was no problem in returning the battery. I got a quick response from customer service and would definitely buy from them again!
