I recently ordered a camcorder battery charger from Aeon Batteries Corp. and called the company to inquire about the status of my order. The phone number posted on their Website has been disconnected. PayPal asked me to e-mail them and I did. Thus far, no answer. I wish I had read the negative comments posted from other about this company. I hope I hear from the company. Otherwise, I feel foolish.

I ordered my battery and got it in a few days and all is well, I thought that it went smooth, sorry that you are having trouble.

Tried to call the company 3 times and send an email no return call or contact........

I also purchased products from the company, but it was like what you guys said. Although the battery could not work, it was replaced quickly and replacemnet works fine.

Ordered laptop battery...Contacted about delivery and was told out of stock and it would be about 30 days. I could upgrade and they would price match, but it was out of stock. Cancelled order and requested refund and it was done promptly. Customer service was excellent but stock availablity was lacking.

Purchase from this company and now I have fraudulent charges on my company credit card ....!

I bought a piece HP laptop battery from Aeon Batteries corp, have not encountered the problem upstairs Oh, I place an order received after the third day, and also the normal charging Oh. When you contact the best time to work, not at the weekend Oh, no weekend work may be others now. Forget that, when I bought the battery they send me a small gift Oh, I was trying to buy time for Christmas last year's. I feel their service was not bad, I used a month later, the company also wrote a message to ask me whether the battery can be used like normal. Anyway, I was not bad, I next bought batteries also choose the company.

Well,I think most of the products and service from Aeon Batteries Corp are good.Probably somebody got a damaged battery due to bad condition of the delivery;Long distance carriage,bad weather and other factors could cause a damage to the battery,it's reasonable and acceptable.

I bought a camera battery from Aeon Batteries corp,it worked well as expected, but what impressed me most was the quick service from Aeon Batteries corp, the seller. Ordered through Aeon Thursday AM, Aeon sent the order to Atlanta Thursday PM, delivered to me Saturday. It may have only been a camera battery, but I've never had better service. No complaints!

My laptop battery I ordered from AEON Corp
DOES NOT charge and DOES NOT work. I am so disappointed and now I am reading all the negative comments. I have tried calling the phone number on the package. I was suspicious when my battery came with no receipt. Now I cannot even find their website where it promised "one year guarantee". How can I get my money back from these people?
