Whats going on with the apartment buildings on Prospect ave.? Thought they were opening spring 2008. Did the arrest of Roger Corbin slow things up? If so, why aint anybody speaking on it? The boared uo buildings looks bad. Besides I know some really hard working families that would appreciate a new affordable home in a community of revitalation.
