Hmmmm, so in Jenks it is "speak no truth". I heard the same kind of thing about RiverWalk Crossing when we move her in March of 2007. Its a nice enough place, but outside of Los Cabos and a couple other places there's not really that much to make it worth the drive.

I'm sure she doesn't want that on her record when she goes to rent another place. It doesn't look good to have an eviction on your record, and people and business' that rent look at that, and sometimes,usually, won't rent to someone with an eviction.

She has no lease and gave us in writing that she would be out by the 30th. Today! She was never told anything about a large retailer like that coming in. RiverWalk wasn't designed for that. It is just a stall tactic by Dara because she wants time to reduce her inventory while the season is good and not pay rent. If she wants to stay she has to pay.

Then why didn't you go on camera,like she did, and state your case instead of posting it here? Only been to RiverWalk a couple of times, not impressed. I lived in Jenks almost 20 years and see that once again Jenks missed the mark on retail. Lots of housing, but all those residents have to go to Tulsa to shop for the day to day necessities, because those businesses were run out of town years ago in favor of the antiques.

I agree that Bixby or 101st and Memorial whatever that his has more to offer than the RW. I mean you can eat at Los Cabos and look at...the River! At night when the lights are on the bridge its great but other than that what else is there? The movie threatre? The sports bar is ok also but there are no real stores there kinda all talk and no substance. Try try again Jenks....

I totally agree. My husband and I NEVER go to the riverwalk due to nothing really being there. I like Azur Couture. I hope she moves over to the South Tulsa/Bixby area.

She could probably put her shop anywhere and do better with a much cheaper lease.

I have driven through that little shopping center but there was not really that much going on so I never bothered to stop.

Guess I have one more store less for a reason not to stop.
