I would like to know where these boys parents were and why they were allowed out at this time of the morning? The parents sould be charged with neglect.

The parents were right there FYI and within a minute they were gone in the truck....Apparently u all do not have teens esp. boys. Nice to know that u are not worried of the condition of the boys.

You are so wrong, NIC - the parents were not "right there" - however, there were adults present, lounging and swilling booze in the yard, as usual,, and yet did not have a clue what was happening right in front of them!
