This has not been on in awhile and I just want to bring it back up so that people wont forget and maybe help catch the scum(the partner) that did it.

You have reason to suspect the business partner?

I kinda do. I know someone that is close to the daughter and I know things about him that I will not say at this moment but I can say that the things he has been doing and saying make me and her(the friend close to the daughter) feel very strongly about him being involved. This was not random. It was someone close to her. She didnt go to the car wash, the stuff that was found there (by the partner) was dumped there, she was taken from her home. Now with that alone, knowing that in the first report of her missing, the partner was the one to find her stuff there. To me there was no way that he would have known that her stuff was there if it was a random act. And the fornesic lab sitll has her car which he is always bugging the family to get it back. Why? Why would he be so worried about her car still being looked at? If anything he should be like "thats good they need to take all the time they need to find any clue to catch the person that did that to her," but hes not. We think that maybe he is worried that they might find something that connects him to the murder. If he didnt do it Im sure that he had something to do with it. But then again I may be wrong. Thats just my opinion.

It won't bring her back but at least the scum will pay for what he's done to her and the family and friends that mourn her.

Such a tragedy that we live among such scum!

I don't think so. Didn't another woman disappear about a month back, about the same circumstances? I could be missing something, but it sure seemed like the same kind of crime.

Have you reported your suspicions to the police?

You didn't fall for that post above, did you?
I don't think it was 'her partner' that found her stuff at the carwash

No I have not, should I? I know if I can find the news report that quotes him saying that he was the one that found here stuff then maybe that is something (small) that can help.

Found this on live search. This is the first new report about her missing.

GRAND RAPIDS -- Less than a mile from where co-workers found the purse of a missing woman, police discovered her abandoned car Thursday and were combing it for clues to her disappearance.

Jana Kelly, 60, hasn't been seen or heard from since about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Her failure to arrive at work Wednesday raised suspicions among fellow insurance-agency workers, who alerted police.

Kelly's 2006 Acura was found along Louise Street SE, near Ottawa Hills High School, about 10 p.m. Thursday, Grand Rapids police Lt. Paul Warwick said.

Evidence technicians were to scour the vehicle for anything that could explain her absence, Warwick said.

Kelly's business partner, Thomas Burr, fears the worst has happened to his friend of 31 years, saying she is "totally predictable." She would not leave without telling anyone, Burr said.

"I'm just sick," he said.

Friends and police said it could be a sign of foul play that Kelly's personal items were found in the trash near a business along Burton Street SE.

"People usually don't leave those things," Warwick said of credit cards and identification found in Kelly's purse.

Kelly co-owns the Burr & Co. insurance agency in Grand Rapids.

"She's been a friend," Burr said. "She has been my right arm, and my left arm, for a long, long time. I'm still reeling. I don't know what happened to her."

Burr, who has owned the agency for 35 years, recalled hiring Kelly more than three decades ago. She had good work experience and is friendly -- "the kind of people I want," he said.

"She was with me 31 years, one month, three days," he said.

Kelly's family did not want to comment but pleaded for the public to look for her.

Burr said he was the last person to see Kelly when the pair left work Tuesday.

She was to make a quick stop at a nearby store, then planned to go home, Burr and police said.
