His Boss, Sheriff Danny Rodden should fire him and make an example of him. I believe that if you kill someone, then you should be killed. If you rape someone, then you should be raped. Sounds cruel, but it might stop alot of crime if the suspects knew ahead of time what would happen to them if the did commit that crime. All these people get now is a slap on the hand and we have to pay for them to be in jail or prison. Why should we have to pay for their crimes? No more overcrowding, if they would just pass a law like that. Will never happen, but it should.

Well I know Walker and he is a very kind and gental man. I dont know the situation but I do know walker and I do know that he is not capable of what they are saying about him. There must be another side to the story!

There are always 2 sides to every story, but he was arrested, so they probably have solid evidence against him or he would be free today. |

I know Walker and I know deep down that he did not rape anyone. Racism is still going on in America and I think that this is a racist case because he is black and the lady is white. For all anyone knows, she could have had sex before going to the club and then got drunk and said anything. He is not free because he is black!!! And if you, Doesn't matter, gets false accused of rape, then how would you feel if someone say that you should get raped as well? I would love to see you in a situation like that so people can say the same!!!!!!!!

Unless you were there, then you nor I nor anyone else knows if he is guilty or not. I didnt mean to upset you by what I said. Yes, racism is alive and well, and I hate that it is. You could be right about his color and thats why he is not free. I hope he is treated fairly and things work otu for him. When I said there are 2 sides to every story, I meant that his side of the story had not been heard yet. The girl could be setting him up for all we know. If they did test and took sperm test, then that will hopefully shed some light on the story and tell if she truly was raped or not. Again, I did not mean to make you mad.

Even if his sperm do show up in the rape kit and the forensic nurse say that there is forced entry, that does not mean that he rape her!!! Ever heard of rough sex? If that's the case, then everybody that has rough sex will be considered a victim of rape..... But, only GOD knows!!!

There are child molestors and real rapist out there Tracey, so you write on there story to cut their wang dang off because Walker did not rape anyone. Hope that you don't have a husband/boyfriend/lover or a son or any brothers. Only GOD can judge not you TRACEY HOLMES!!!!!!

Its kinda funny how they are finding "holes" in the girls storys!! And I agree with columbus oh he is still in there because he is black! Why was he not defended in court?? Where was the public defender? If you knew walker you would not be saying these things about him. He is the one man I know that actually has his head on his shoulders and is going places and now these false aqusitions may ruin his life!! That girl admitted to being so drunk that she didnt remember having sex with anyone. But that doesnt mean rape? It could mean she consented to rough sex and didnt remember!! Ever think of that??? Keep your head up Walker, your friends in evansville love you and are praying for you!

I went to school with Walker, I've known him all my life and there's no way on earth he would do something like that. Girls chases after him all the times, why would he wanna rape somebody. It is very disturbing to me that he's even in a situation like this. I really do think it has something to do with color. Walker you are not alone in this, we love you and we will keep praying for you.

Unless you were there, then you do not know if he is innocent or guilty. It doesnt matter if girls chased after him or if his family was great, or anything for that matter. Only he himself knows if he is guilty or innocent. You can debate it all day long, but at the end of that day, nobody knows except him and the alleged victim. I hope that if he is innocent, they do not charge him. I would hate to see another person go to prison when they are innocent. It happens everyday. We can hope he gets a fair trial and everyone tells the truth.

I KNOW THAT WALKER IS INNOCENT AND I AM WILLING TO BET MY LIFE ON THAT, WALKER WOULD NEVER FORCE HIMSELF ON ANY WOMAN, WALKER HAS WALKED A STRAIGHT LINE HIS WHOLE LIFE AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOAL ORIENTED,-WALKER KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG...SAYING THAT- THAT WALKER IS EVEN IN A SITTUATION LIKE THIS IS DEVESTATING TO EVERYONE WHO KNOWS HIM, THE WORDS "WALKER" AND "PRISON" GO TOGETHER LIKE WATER AND OIL HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE WENT TO INDIANA, I TOLD HIM THAT BUT HE WAS BENT ON CHASING HIS DREAMS...THE NERVE OF HIM TO HAVE DREAMS....I GUESS INDIANA PUT HIM IN HIS PLACE...WHAT I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY WOULD SOMEONE RAPE A WOMAN WHILE AN EYE WITTNESS WAS RUNNING AROUND THE CORNER TO CALL THE POLICE? I DON'T PRETEND TO UNDERSTAND A RAPIST MIND, I CANT BECAUSE THERE IS SOME KIND OF SERIOUS MENTAL DISCONNECT THERE-BUT I DO KNOW THAT WALKER IS NOT MENTALLY DISCONNECTED AT ALL. all i can tell is welcome to the system in clark county he might as well get you to being on the other side of the bars one they get in you are going to do some time how much is up to him how i know is 24 years ago i was in acused of something and had know way to prove that it didnt the county has social workers that can talking adluts and kids into saying what they hear just for a conviction and they hound you as long as you live there so you better get the best plea brgie you can do your time afther you get out just move a start you life over some place else i did
