Again Mr Bob the Condo man until you use your real name and come up with proof of what you have stated and claimed your credibility is non exsistent Mr Zipperle puts in more hours at no pay than any other resident at the Harbours and yes he does it partialy to protect his own interest however he also spends hours protecting everyone's interest. No we don't always agree with him on everything but we do recognize the many hours he puts in here and all some people want to do is slam him and hate him for this.

There is even a facebook page about the place this guy lives in. Look for,the harbours can you believe this stuff, with the search bar on facebook. He is very popular there too.

Hello Mr Bob the codo Guy who won't use his real name. The Face book page was started to try and make things better and get people to communicate if your so interested in all of this come forward and say who you really are. When people use fake names to spout their opinions it means little to most people because if you knew what you were say was true you would give you real name and stand proud for what you say. Always remember no matter how flat you make a pancake there is always two sides think about it.

The Facebook Group was not started to pick on anyone. I started it so the people of The Harbours could exchange ideals and talk to each other openly which has been impossible for quite a few years. Closed board meetings, and no pre announcement of even what issues will be discussed at the next one. No access to financial records commonly available in other well run HOAs and the complete unrelenting campaign against any sign of opposition by Kevin Zipperle, has made me believe the only way to improve the place is to get rid of him. Either off the board or in jail. The stories that are being brought to light on the Facebook Group "The Harbours...Can you believe this stuff?" paint a clear picture of a man running the building like it is a single owner development with himself in charge of everything. Not an Association of co owners.

His unfettered access to all areas of the building including his well documented and photographed late night use of the associations office computers has gone on long enough. He was able to control the flow of all information and spin every issue his way when the boards newsletter was the only interaction most owners had with their elected officers. That has changed now. The newsletter is seen as what it is. Kevin's personal propaganda rag and scandal sheet. He and two other board lifers, maintain control through the voting proxies of absentee landlords and disinterested homeowners with multiple and out of state residences. He then selects a couple busy but very credible people to serve on the board. Filling the remaining positions with owners fairly new to the condominium ownership principal. If they are busy, and not well connected in the modern electronics age it only helps his goal to be the sole provider of information on any issue the board may face. I observed this first hand while I was on the board before resigning.

The several upcoming court cases may bring a lot of his behind the scenes manipulation of people and information as well as the little powerbroker games he loves to play to light. He loves to paint some group as evil, all the while offering to protect us from them. Them are other dues paying members and owners in the same association. Them are your neighbors and co owners people. I hope we do not have to wait for this guy to be drug out of the lobby in handcuffs before all his shenanigans come to light. But I hope I'm in the lobby with the Nikon when he is.

I just learned today that Kevie Poo has used his influence around the building and with the staff to have a maintenance man at the condos, Terry Kessler, make application for a restraining order against my mother for stalking him. Mom only sees this guy in the common areas and hallways of the building so I do not know how a 57 year old man could think a 72 year old woman would be stalking him.

Terry is not the one shown shoving my mother into the pool in the famous video shown on local news. That guy is Read T. Blasi. A court date for the jury trial in that Battery case has not been set.

Holy cow what a place. That Kevin Zipperle sounds like a first class cod rod. Can't wait to see him in handcuffs on the news and I hope they don't give him bail. And tell all his cell block buddies about the children's photos he doctored and photoshoped them into pictures with that child rapist from Penn State.

Wow, just checked out the facebook page The harbours ... Can you believe this stuff? Unreal people, Kevin Zipperle is a late night stalker in his own building. Too creepy.

Now Kevin Zipperle has started using his unstoppable office and computer system access to deactivate the entry fobs and pass codes of people that have spoken out about his actions. He did it Saturday to a renter here that still has a current signed lease that is paid up to date. He just did it to be mean and cause her and her husband a problem. There is no other explanation for it.

Gee Manly Marty....That was a pretty good blow to the chest of a woman you threw on TV. I wonder if you would do the same to a man your size or do you prefer to hide behind your mommy and daddy?

Yes the attack was so vicious it took a full 4 seconds for the old Bitch to realize I might have accidentally touched her sweater while reaching for the credentials required to use my own property. I wish it had been Kevie poo withholding them from me. But alas he only instigates and instructs other to do his dirty work and is safely out of the picture when his stooges and lackeys carry out his schemes. If I am charged in this terrible attack. It will be interesting when my attorney subpoenas the phone records of The Association office to see if the police or Kevin Zipperle was Norma's first call.

Also, as I understand it, since board members WT and Mary Lou were also witnesses they would be subject to a deposition and a subpoena for their cell phone records from that time period as well. This could be one of those rare trials in Harbours History where the grim reaper and father time conspire against the alleged victim and witnesses and not the accused
