Concern About Main St. Bridge In Jefferson

The police chief in Jefferson is concerned about the Main Street Bridge. He told FEMA inspectors there are cracks in the bridge that were not there before the flooding.

The Wisconsin st bridge is supposed to be open to emergencies. I checked to see if I could cross if my wife went into labor. Nope! Not considered an emergency. Guess I don't know what an emergency is.
