I will gladly inform you that a Starbucks Cafe will soon be implemented into Jefferson city. The location is currently TBD. -Eugene Herman

Great business plan. Also no one knows not care who is the corporate director of east Tennessee. We just get coffee. May I suggest an area near Carson Newman since it will be your only hope of survival in the town.
