shame on masterbrand

I find it totally despicable the way that company treats their employees. It doesn't seem to matter how many years served, how many lunches skipped, weekends on call, or money saved for the company...their people are just NUMBERS. Stacy is the one who needs to GO! Hear that you higher-ups?!

Okay,I've heard through the grapevine my comment is causing a stir. I apologize if it sounded harsh or if it offended anyone.
It was merely an impulsive reaction from seeing my daughter so upset. She knows nothing of this post. She was hurt, humiliated, and even physically sick over the incident. She is still depressed. I not only speak in defense of her, but the rest of the employess who were also terminated in that deptartment who lost their jobs around the same time. I believe there were around six or so?
Correct me, if I am wrong, but is not the usual company policy to "write up" someone three times, before firing them? To my knowledge, she hadn't received even one?!
I do know that she LOVED her job. And the company. She went over and above to try and please. And it became a challenge to her to see how much money she could save the company. She did her JOB well. I know nothing of "office politics" but if I were in a management position, I would do everything in my power to make my employees happy. If there were, let's say, a personality clash, I would meet that person on neutral ground, for lunch perhaps, and at least get to know them. Are we all not guilty of making false judgements of others, and then later on finding out that they were indeed a great person, not at all who we first thought they were?
I am also very proud of my faith and am not ashamed to share it. Jesus said, "whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers, you do to Me." The employees are human beings,not numbers,and need to be treated as such. We will ALL answer someday for the grief that we cause others.
The next company to hire a person terminated unjustly will ALSO suffer, because that person then, may have a lower self-worth, and not put the same effort into their job as they did before, thinking, "why bother? I am not appreciated anyway...I am just a replaceable number." Everyone loses.
I welcome any feedback from any Masterbrand employees, supervisors, or owners. I say nothing here I would not say to their face.
I am simply a mom who cares about her daughter. If there are circumstances I am unaware of, then enlighten me please.
