They are HORRIBLE crooks at the Car Mart in Harrison!! Ron the manager took a homemade coffin, 4 chickens etc as down payments for vehicles. All from different individuals. Then I was told he took the chickens home and he sold the coffin. Who the heck takes that kind of stuff to get a vehicle. I truly see truth in it because Ron has bad character in the past many times and it came from an employee that is still currently employed there.

Also there is a salesperson named Kristine that is a big ole heavy set gal that will LIE and SWINDLE to do whatever she can to cover her ASSSS.

Then there is an OLD BAG there named PAM, now they all learn from somewhere down there and I believe she is just as crooked as all the rest. Her and Brent sit and think about how they can swindle people all day.

If anyone is even thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Car Mart please do NOT!! They are crooks, thiefs, liars etc. If you have to purchase a car through Car Mart then make a trip to Berryville. They are much nicer there and you will NOT have to worry about being lied to or stolen from like you do in Harrison.

I am praying for the day that CAR MART in HARRISON gets SHUT DOWN!!

I'm glad to see people united against morons that take advantage of people, especially the people looking for help they can't seem to find else where. Car Mart is most definitely a group of people who practice this. They damn near have it perfected too.

It's pretty sad that you all bad mouth a place that helps all the poor people around here to get a car. And yeah Ron took all the stuff that was listed above because they give everyone a chance to try and make a down payment. It's pretty much obvious that all of you bad mouthing are the bunch that wont make a payment and try to screw over anyone possible. And yet they still strive to help people like you..... You all are the morons.

And you are obviously an employee or otherwise related to Car-Mart. They do not try to "help the poor people get a car" as you say. They take advantage of people with no credit and no money by selling them junk at outrageous prices. In no way is this helping them. It would help them if Car-Mart would report payments made on time to the credit agencies, and yet they don't. Why? Because they would lose business. So don't come here in your ignorance and pretend like you know what you're talking about.

I agree!! "VVVV" is probably a big, fat, ugly employee at car mart stuck behind a desk eating donuts because no one wants to do business with them. As for Ron taking that stuff as a down payment GIVE ME A BREAK!!! He is a CROOK just like everyone else that works there. Have you seen the people that work at the Car Mart in Harrison? Oh but they will report your credit if you miss a payment. If you make all of them they wont even consider a credit agency. If you miss a payment or are late though then they are on the phone before they open the next day reporting it.

I am from newport nad really need a car. Had a car wreck and totalled my paid for car. I am fixing to go back ro work and doing research on finding a car problem is bad credit from previous dr bills and no money becasue been off work for 6 weeks Thanks for your posts because I am about desperate enough to use car mart until I read your post

to those of you complaining, let me guess... they repo'd your vehicle didn't they? i can't say much for the harrison car-mart since i work in berryville, but i will tell you a few truths.. my main job is to help people make their payments and keep them current. i love to help people that come in when their payments are late that actually have a legitimate reason for being late.. and i can promise you that i have never repo'd a vehicle unless i had literally no other options. one other thing, individual car marts NEVER report to credit agencies, only time that happens is when the corporate office sues you in small claims court, wins, and you fail to pay the judgement a judge has ordered you to pay. learn the facts before you spew bs you know nothing about.

Used car salesmen and used car theives are the same thing.

I dont think normal people go to places like that to begin with. They play on people with poor credit and limited resources to survive.

So maybe people will wise up and stay away from that place while they try to defend themselves by saying " you must have had a car repoed ".

If you pay your bills, that means all of them, like the rest of us working folks, you wouldn't have to worry about dealing with Car Mart. Pretty simple solution. Until then, enjoy borderline shady financing.

Not to be argumentative but sometimes paying your bills, all of them isn't so easy for working folks. Either way they don't deserve to be charged a kings ransom to get a decent vehicle. I am surprised Car Mart is still around. I would figure the state would shut them down like they did the loan shark 'check cashers'.
