My neighbor just told me that there have been numerous break-ins ocean front KDH near 5th st.

with flat-screen TVs. That's the only thing these thieves care about stealing from weekly rentals near the oceanfront.
What else are they gonna steal from a rental--bedspreads and cheap knick-knacks?!
All someone has to do is surf the rental websites to see which houses have the big TVs.
The Sheriff made a community statement about this a few years ago but it hasn't curbed the problem, apparently.
