"As i walked out the front door of Wal-Mart at about 4:30 pm last night a black vehicle pulled along side me and the passenger side window rolled down and from inside FRANK SMITH YELLED " you had better lay off of me in you don't something is going to happen to you" Since believe frank is irrational and dangerous with a long history of threats and retaliation i notified the ATTORNEY GENERAL by certified mail#7005 1820 0007 9072 8493 also other agency's and the media"

"When Frank Threatened me he put himself between a rock and a hard spot ---if anything does happen to me he will be the prime suspect and the spotlight will remain on him for a long time--ON THE OTHER HAND if he does not follow through on his threat the the CITIZENS OF FENTRESS COUNTY will begin to discover that he is not nearly as powerful as they once thought and he will begin to lose control."

I am sure they are really going to drop all they are doing to pay attention to your little complaint.
It don’t sound like a threat to me …sounds like made up bull.

I guess since Mr. Todd has also supposedly gotten the security footage from Wal-Mart (according to his facebook page) that anyone could hear what supposedly was said. LOL... Mr. Todd you really need to just go back to YOUR county and leave ours alone. All you do in Fentress Co is stir up a bunch of trouble... GO HOME!!!!

Mr. Todd has sent certified letters to quite a few people. In his letter he makes several accusations, including one in which he gives a name of a person who reportedly robbed his home at the request of certain co. official and he also states that this person was assured that no action would be taken by law enforcement. Since Mr. T lives in Morgan Co shouldn't he have reported it to that counties' law enforcement? Did he report this Wal-Mart incident to JPD? He also makes claim that the robbery incident occurred shortly after KR was verbally threatened for over 1 hour. Again, if KR is as smart as many claim -! why would she enter a very confined area where she saw several people "laying in wait" and 2- why would she tolerate being threatened for over an hour? There were still people in the general area-why not walk out - yell for help? Morgan Co. must be a pretty boring place with no place to hang out if DT must be in Fentress Co everyday and be in our business.

It is common knowledge that this took place. Regardless of how it happened or why this or why that, the fact is that it happened.

Joker-You're right - and I've heard multiple explanations of what happened with KR and again why stay in this situation. Did she file a complaint with the sheriff's office. No!!! But it certainly was on facebook before the end of the night. As to what reportedly took place at DT's did he go to the sheriff in his county? Did he report the Wal-Mart incident or did he take out his camera to take a picture of his receipt and the camera on top of Wal-Mart then go home and put it on facebook.

I have no idea if she did or not, but with the "alleged" statement from those who did it that they were doing it for "Tony", I guess she may have felt threatened or that it wouldn't do any good. I dunno.

However, if it were my other half, I would be going out and kicking someone's arse for it. The police wouldn't need to have been called.

I know nothing of the DT situation so I can't comment on it.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but Todd is no dummy. He may like a little drama, but I am going with he is telling the truth about the Walmart incident. For what it's worth.

Good Morning Joker-"They" may have been doing for Tony but not at his request. And you're right again-if one of my family members was threatened I would not depend on anyone else I would handle it myself. As for the WalMart incident-I have do doubt that it occurred-some people don't think before speaking-impulse reaction, bullying.
