The truth is there is many reasons that these animals exhibit "homosexual" behaviors which in fact are their social behaviors. They behave in which us humans think are homosexual behaviors because of dominance, social interactions, and or because of misinterpretation of pheremones and all of that. And let's say if it was indeed that the animals were homosexual, they would only do one act and continue with their "heterosexual" life style. They would never stick to their same sex, but either way that was never the case. And I absolutely agree, once homosexuality will be widely accepted, perhaps so will necrophilia, bestiality, and hell the age in which sex will be permitted. As a Christian, no duh it says it in the bible, as an Atheist with morals, come one really? For those who are so prideful in their homosexuality, they say its the way they were born, some I will have to admit there is some and I say some, but just like how the scientific community have proved it, it is a predisposition, not a predetermination. But like I said, the reason I say a lot of us say nay to homosexuality is because Scientific, Morralistic/philosophical, and last but not at all least religious reasons. Because either way if it was by being born that way, how is it that a lot of straight folk turn gay? Some might have been lying to themselves but how would they have been banging their girls? or vice versa! Choice no crap dude! Some were honestly growing up with that kind of curiosity and thus acted upon their desires and that's where "being born" that way probably came from. But bottom, honestly oh well if there is a bunch of people that want to be with the same sex oh well, we can't control that, and we have to accept it. But those who live in that lifestyle should not force it down our throats the way we force it down theirs. Sorry I have to say it's a choice but whether christian or not... we do need to love each other, no discrimination, just respect and coexistence. We have our rights to teach our children what we think is right and wrong. Though that is another point, children are not taught who to be intimate with, it just occurs. And what occurs is "heterosexuality", or just plain opposite sex attraction. Face it, morals are going down, and so is everything that mostly everybody stood for, everybody on this planet have the ability to murder, does not mean we should.... Last point, like suicide, people with morals see it as a bad thing, that it shouldn't be done, but it still happens. Does that mean they were born to kill themselves? Or was it there choice? Or did environmental factors influence in his actions? Did evolution create suicidal people? It doesn't hurt anyone else so why not? Morals!

See I was thinking the same thing, if you can chose to be hetero or homosexual, does that mean that you are not straight to begin with? Not true, you are straight but like we all mentioned before, choice, one can teach oneself to like whomever. I think Jesus teaches against hate,pray for one another.I don't know if people who prefer the same sex can help being that way or not.Should they serve in the military,I think so,why shouldn't they defend their country. I was in the military and I know some that were discharged because they were determined to be gay , I don't know of any problem they presented before they were found out.The attitude of the non gays were,to make fun of them or beat them up,so they had to be discharged for their own protection,and they had lied on their questionaire contract.I believe don't ask, don't tell was a solution that was best for everyone.Uniform code of military justice don't allow sex for any unmarrieds to have sex on a military installation.We live in a country of laws that we are supposed to live by,and as long as our neighbors are law abiding citizens and conduct themselves as such ,and leave their neighbors alone. Our creator has given us a choice to make our own decessions .He will pay our utility bills ,we must find away to do that ourselves.Anyone who gets on topics and bashes anyone by name and wont give their correct name is a coward.My religion is do the best I can and the h--l with the rest of it.

I worked for years with abused children and many of them do have everyday battles with drugs, depression, and so forth caused by the truama they went through. It is more widespread than you believe. Not many understand that even with therapy, the children's lives are changed forever. Who can say how this could not have affected the child's sexuality? I am hetrosexual but have never judged my gay friends. I have seen them bullied, alienated by their family and peers. I just do no see how anyone could choose that. I do think that media glamourizes being bisexual or gay and many kids do not realize that so many are against that. I think the majority of homosexuals do not "choose" to be ga and not all havebeen molested. You are so right in the hypocrites in this town. They will answer for their deeds. I agree with What-Me-Worry and not all hate.
