Yolanda Bindics Murder-3 Years, No Arrests

I feel so bad for this family. Hopefully, they'll get some answers soon.

Why is the burial on hold? Her body was found. They have closure that she was found. They may never fund her killer.

That is so mean!!! They lost a child. Maybe her lifestyle wasnt something to be proud of but we shouldnt bash their family.

Sorry, but I am just getting tired of all the white trash in Buffalo. Have some decorum if you are going to be on TV, clean yourself up! Women that lead a deviant lifestyle, have sex and children with multiple partners, and live on welfare, run the risk of getting into bad circumstances. Sure I feel sorry for the family but she was not a pillar of the community.

Ellyn, if you live in Erie, how and why on earth are you assuming that she was on welfare? wtf? Not to mention, you can't possibly say that you slept with one man in your life. Puh-lease! Get a life! Yolanda's was taken, and trashing her mother, who lost her child, says ALOT about you and the person you are.

She worked she was not on welfare, and this is some mean stuff you are saying to someone that got murdered and that you don't know. I hope her children and family don't read what you wrote. You have some anger stored up I guess. She was also from Jamestown not Buffalo. Oh and by the way before you start bad mouthing someone eles, my son lives in PA with his dad for the school year, and his father comes here all the time and I will tell you PA has some pieces of work out there also. Don't blame the area.

I don't think that having a body to bury brings closure to a family. I don't think that knowing who killed Yolanda will bring closure to her family. However, justice is important. I hope that they are able to find out who did this and bring this person to justice. Yolanda's children deserve to know that the person who took their mother's life will pay the consequences. Whether or not you agree with Ellyn's somewhat "limited characterization" of Yolanda and her family, murder is wrong.
