Here's one for the good guys. Although since it was one idiot drug-ridden rat stealing from another, at least they were keeping in their own tribe, leaving innocent people alone this time.

ok, so he was an irresponsible person who by his own illegal actions put his family in danger and left his son an orphan. nice work on his part. someone to look up to......

Awesome...truly Awesome that the burgulars got what they deserved. Too bad about Dane. I sincerely hope that no charges are brought up on the brother Jesse who was clearly defending his family. This State MUST make it legal to shoot & kill forced entry intruders. With this form of robbery becoming a real modern day trend, FEAR is the only way to prevent this trend from growing.
My own mother woke up a few months ago only to find a stranger in her kitchen. Thankfully he ran. Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to shoot anyone who breaks into my home. I can't imagine being charged with a crime for defending myself & my family.

nice, and not of much cost to the taxpayer,,,burden would of been worse if he lived.

I hope that his brother, Jessee learns from this. His older brother who is more than likely his hero put him in a spot that he had to kill someone. Rest in Peace to Dane and may his child's life lead to a different destination.

No great loss.

Get a life all of you. There were over 1000 people at this young mans funeral. Maybe if it happens to someone you loved or cared about, that is if you can love anyone but yourself. A well loved man with a great family this whole thing was tragic and if you can't see that..well you are what you are...nothing...how many people would come to your funeral.....your computor? maybe... If it dosn't get a virus!!!!
