What if a tractor trailer hauling fuel has an accident on the new ARCH BRIDGE and the state is forced to close that bridge to.

No shoppers in NH stores and lost revenue.

Public safety fire concerns to.

Bet NH steps up that project when the shoe is on the other foot.

They just want everyone talking for decades over inadequate and degrading infrastructure. The basic conflict is between a highly concentrated population area...against a dispersed population area. The conflict is over the power of a wealthy area against a less wealthy area....a politically powerful area against a politically weak area. In other words, the Nashua-Concord roads are paved in gold, all their major interstates and major roads have been repeatedly been upgraded with gold... they been pumping 100’s of millions of dollars into that I93 corridor and I95. It is the typical east/ west conflict, a metropolitan area versus rural area, the same thing is going on in Massachusetts between the conflict of the powerful sophisticated eastern Massachusetts (Boston) and the poverty struck western Massachusetts.

How about legal suit...the rural areas are being short changed and it is preventing economic development...the idea is to figure out a way to amplify issue. Pick a certain issue...make it symbolize the state of affairs with the whole deal...then leverage the message with a legal suit and constant media attention.

What you need to do is get a coalition formed of the rural and poor areas...band together and become cohesive and organized...everyone loves a battle between little David and Goliath...an impossible battle of the weak.

I wrap the issue around cultural imagines such a David and Goliath, there is modern day version of this, then come up with a five or ten year project to elevated the lack of resources into our area. I think road and bridge, our infrastructure issues, the stimulus and future stimulus, the idea is to just keep knocking on everyone’s door you can think of to leverage or amplify your message. The idea if one area starts making progress...Concern is going to be terrified all the other rural areas will pile on.
Our roads and bridges, especially the word bridge, the bridge to the 21st century, a bridge between nations...bridge, transportation and the idea of interconnectivity...these are concepts burned into our souls. If you have a small talented group of individuals committed as a hobby and maybe resources...I can’t see how you could lose the game of drawing attention to our problems and fundamentally challenge those selfish NH easterners.

Believe me, a small group with a sharp focus and determination...that can’t be stopped in our democracy. It is the squeaky wheel that gets the grease!

You keep banging on every door you can think of, everyone keeps slamming the door on you...but this process is causing you to pick up information and associations...you are gaining knowledge ever step of the way...you learn to live and cope with rejection, rejection one day doesn’t matter. That is such a humongous shift in you. After years of absolute object failure and rejection...one day you wake up realizing you have more knowledge about how the system really work than everyone else. Then you realize you can dance around anyone and out maneuver the whole bunch of them.
This process, I use to call it creating a model in our brain’s with how the system works. The brain behaviorist tells me we don’t create models in our brains...we just bring back up images and associations and memories for a particular job... Ok so you fill up our memories hard drive, memories has so much of a concentration of information in them, memories to information storage in like a 3 d holograph to document filled with data...where in the holograph you can shift/ play that information around in a infinite amount of productive ways. Memories are like a hard drive hidden in every bit of data in hard drive...with the ability of calling up needles in a hay stack for a particular job. It calls up amazedly important fragments of information for a particular job...in a mountain of historic memories, let alone it automatically plays with memories to help us anticipate the future.
The system is a exhausted dinosaur...while you got between your ears is a mystical thinking machine, more like a quantum computer, much more than a quantum computer.

They are going to have to strech a chain across the bridge and padlock it before the State ponies up the change for that project. Hint, hint, hint!

Just be sure that the chain is well marked so that some biker doesn't take himself out if you know what I mean! I am sure that Walmart sells chain and orange duct tape perhaps?

Make sure that you call the Reformer first, so they can get it all on film.

I was generally trying to not state what bridge I was taking about...it applied equally to the Bellows Falls, Hinsdale and Turners Fall bridges. Same forces that get you to the same outcome.
The Hinsdale Bridge is severely outdated and not designed for our current traffic...but the undercarriage of the bridge is generally in good shape. It has a minimal amount of rust and deterioration on the underside!

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Scorpio

Be careful how you handle a certain someone today because their mood is little short of incendiary. They'll jump down your throat if you dare to disagree with them, and then accuse you of being a wimp if you decide that it would be better to agree with everything they say. You can't win! If they really get on your wick, you'll have to give them a piece of your mind, even if it is supposed to be the season of goodwill to all men. Huh!
