Those teens need some serious mental health professional to put them on the right track...no doubt the parents are responsible...and maybe the teens are acting out either what they have seen and or were/are abused people themselves.
Two wrongs do not make a right nor do they heal minds.
Physical punishment is not always the answer or an option.
I do hope these teens are caught...and brought to justice and get the help they need also.

Get involved in your kids life and get a handle on them; after all,they represent you, when you are not around!
