Beware of Internet Puppy Scam

Yea I had a woman l.smith@yahoo.com try to scam me all I needed was 150$ for shipping from camroon and the puppy (yorkie) would be here in at my door step in 8 hours. HA HA my advise dont belive anything on the internet.

Hello I have Had that same problem. So if you fine it that way then get to them the very information that you provide to them for transportation of your pet.I also was scare about this when I was in thesame kind of problem so I do advice you for not paying any money unto the pet live cameroon.

Shoot and I was going to buy another English Springer Spaniel which I really want one since my got loose now I don't think I want to buy from the person I was going to. I'll think I'll just wait until the people that I know have some have their next liter next year.

Oooh that's where the English springer was coming from too. She said she had three and wanted me to take all three. I got told yesterday that she took the puppy to the airport and if I didn't send her the money by this week, I was going to be responsible for the feeding and lodging. I wrote her and told her that wasn't the deal, then the airport emailed me and said that she was picking up the puppy. I don't know if that's a scam or not, but since two of you were getting them from the same place I'm expecting it is.

I got a letter from an airport too, can I see if your airport letter looks like mine? I'll send it to you and you can send yours to me or vice versa. I really was thinking about the springer spaniel.

Did you find out who to report this too? I am going thru the same thing except I am not selling any puppies. I was involved in a puppy scam and I told the lady I wanted my money back and she had her "client" UPS me a check for $3500 and I am to deduct my money from that and moneygram it back to her.

well he/she got me too.. I sent 150.00 then they asked for 300.00 for insurance and it was at that point I knew it was a scam. I have added a copy of the email that was last sent to me.WATCH OUT!!

Dont be so hard on yourself. Sure that's a nice chunk of money to just give away at a time of financial crunch but just be glad that you didnt give them any banking or personal info to go even further. Best thing to do is probably put them on spam block. I dont think there is much the FBI can do when the scam is coming from a different country. They cant stop the scams that are coming from Canada dealing in mortage fraud that has targeted florida home owners recently. I would just to look online for a good bulldog breeders and go that route. Better luck at finding your new family addition and post pics of he/she when you get your bulldog.
