What makes me most mad about this is that they called her a plus sized model. She's a size 10... since when is a size 10 a plus size?!?!? In who's world/reality? The average for a woman is a 12/14, so again I ask what the heck makes a 10 a plus size?? Look at the clothing racks, plus sizes start in 16/18 and up... Not a 10. All because she has curves and a bustline that isn't fake/artificial, she's now a plus sized model. Way to go America's Next Top Model... keep throwing it in the faces of girls everywhere that in order to be 'normal' you have to be super thin....

I agree, most would love to be a 10 and now you find out that a 10 is plus-size. We wonder why girls have eating disorders. Honestly being so skinny that your bones stick out is not that attractive. I think she is very pretty (except for that ugly blonde hair that they made her have) she is not heavy at all.

I am in my middle 30's and a size 10, never knew that was considered plus size, damm dont I feel fat now.

Good old AB girl. They made her gain 20 pounds to be on the show, so she could be considered "plus size". Way to go!!

The first girl that won, Yoanna House (not sure of the correct name spelling) was not a plus size girl. She claimed to have been overweight at one time in her life, but says she lost weight to become a model. She actually is one of the "stick girls" that so many are referring to. |

Well, she comes from a good family and she is very down to earth. That is what makes her special and a real winner. She is considerate of other people and it flows out of her. She is not a snob that thinks she is above everyone else.

I don't think there is anything wrong with being a size ten. I would definately not call that plus. BUT. I am a size 3 by MOTHER NATURE....or at least by my mom and dad. I don't starve myself, matter of fact my diet is awful. But I resent people who call people like me "toothpicks" because I actually happen to be VERY self conscious about how skinny I am. Especially since I am 5'9. So don't go thinking that every skinny female thinks she's the beauty of the world because EVERYONE has some kind of complex about how they look. I wish I filled out jeans a little better!
