This was really a domestic dispute. The owner of the Mercedes sedan was his girlfriends mother.

If you have children, you need to keep your keys with you (on your person) at all times. Now, grant it, who would think a 5-year old would think to do something like this? Kids are liable to do anything at anytime and it is the parent's responsiblity to prevent those things from happening. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt!

so was the car at the home or was the child left in the car / truck whilst the g.mother was out and about....either way something is wrong with this story..........how did the kid get the keys or was they left in the ignition.......if at home HOW on earth did he get out the door without some one knowing about it??? for thos of us that have had kids that young, if that front door opens you sure as heck want to know WHY, and what are you doing etc..........

Glad that he is ok, and that when slamming into the merc TWICE he did not kill anyone but that kid would be in for a solid beating once he is back home..........well he should get one, remains to be seen if that happens]

That boy just walked out of his house right to the truck and drove like he was going to the store or something, I could'nt belive the video.

We were just talking today about the little boy who lives next door to my friend who is six years old and has been stealing car since he was four....seriously...he even figured out how to raise the brake peddles in his grandmothers van... and he has a brain tumor, and is going blind in one eye...the child is a genius, loving, bright, adorable...

He just loves cars..any vehicle... and it is almost like he knows he probably will not grow up and is trying to live life to the fullest...

I went over to visit, he got my keys out of my purse, but I did catch him...he was headed to my car..

His grandmother keeps her in an upper cupboard..he climbed...

A neighbor went in their house for a minute... he jumped in...

I can't explain it...but this child is unique in every way...

At 5 years old, the boy knew that was wrong and he shouldn't be driving that truck. Spank his bottom. These children need severe discipline before they grow into hardened criminals. They need to learn early in their lives that there is punishment for their misdeeds.
