This is just beautiful to me. The dogs are beautiful. The headline reads: "My pit protecting grandma". Seems someone has offened you. Grandma, you are great also, God bless you for loving those dogs. You probably love all dogs. I do!! I wish I had the money to open up a place for dogs. One problem though, I can't take the bad with the good.
I can not stand to see an animal hurt.
I can not guess your age but, I am going to take a chance and guess you are about the age of my mother who has passed away.(no offence) There is nothing greater to me than listening to my elders tell their stories. I am quite sure you have seen a lot in your time and I pray you have a lot more time here on earth. God bless you and the pits also.

Thank you so much for you thought . This is my mom . I brought her down from Michigan to care for her she is 65 years old and not in good heath. My dogs seem to know somehow that she is fragile and they stay out of her way unless she is sitting then they hang out by her mostly when she is out side . they like to make sure she is all right ...

I hope you never have reproduced . I don't understand how people cam be so mean and sleep at night without terrible dreams to haunt your life . I hope you have made your peace with your maker because you might be going south when you pass..

Mom may start doing better here in the Florida sunshine. I know it did wonders for my Great Grandma coming down from New York. I pray that your Mom remains healhty, wealthy and wise.

Beautiful dogs, I'm still so afraid of pits though.

Alot of people are afraid of pitts and other big dog breeds, buit they are just baby's . I take awesome care of them and they are just spoiled puppy dogs like any other ..Maybe someday you will meet a pit that will change your mind ..

Hold up here now, I was defending your mother and the pits. I did not say anything bad about you, her, or the pits. I was commenting on whoever asked which is the granmother. I hope he/she/it nver re-produces. Seems you took that towards you and the whole. no not so it was meant for the cruel comment that person wrote.

Local Jacksonville (north Florida) news story...specific victims names have been deleted out of respect.
I hope the "two" protecting Pit Bulls above do not hurt someone else's mother or child like the two below.

October 2, 2007
MIDDLEBURG, Fla.-- A 42-year-old woman was fatally mauled by her two pit bulls, which also attacked the victim's son and a sheriff's deputy before both dogs were shot and killed on Tuesday morning, according to the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
(name omitted) was dead by 8:15 a.m. when Clay deputies arrived at the scene in the 2400 block of (street omitted) Avenue, off county Road 218 West.
"She was a wonderful, wonderful person to be around -- always smiling and always happy. It brightened up the room when she walked in," said (name omitted), the victim's cousin.
This was a responsible owner. These animals never had any history of any type of aggression," said Animal Crimes Detective Annie Henderson.
(name omitted) said the dogs were his cousin's companions when her husband was away on business.
"They were house pets, and they literally slept with her when he wasn't home. She would take them out and put them in their pen and walk them and stuff," he said.
The dogs were two years old and had been raised since puppies by the family.
Beseler said the dogs were behind a fence that had a beware-of-dogs sign and the county had never had an animal complaint at the home.

My dogs will not yurt anyone but someone that might try to hurt someone in my home . Then they will protect just like any other large breed dog. Larger breed dogs can hurt people all of then not just pitts. They only publicize pitt attacks because people fall for the hype just like you have . Any dog is only as good as the people that own it maybe if they started punishing the owners more severely they maybe people would be more responsible..

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Capricorn

Mercury retrograde in your sign will cause some friction between you and other people during coming weeks. Matters that have been bubbling away in the background will come to the boil, forcing you to do something about them. Try not to overreact, nor to create a crisis out of something that's really very minor. You should also keep a strong sense of fair play and pay attention to every little detail.
