BULLCHIT,

The Recession was deeper than gov't previously wanted the average idiot to believe. I am sorry but, I find down right Unbelievable that the United States Government and all its bureaucracy must revise 3 year old data. Never mind I do believe it, The majority of our government right now (both parties) are nothing more than a bunch of lying POS!!!!!!!!!!

The economy was not nor is not "deeper than thought.

it is just being redesigned and there is a extremely large number of americans that will not have a place in the new american economy.

get used to the very poor. They will make up the largest group in america.

Nobody gave a real thought to the economy until Soros threatened to pull the plug during 2008 and swung the election. If Soros hadn't started callin in all his credit swap instruments and forcing banks all over the world to have to pay up on the worthless papers his minion Penny Pritzer blanketed Goldman, Bear Stearns, Lehman, Merril Lynch, all secured by Fannie and Freddie, the housing bubble would still be going.
Fannie and Freddie were primarily for the purpose of being the Dem ATM during the 2008 election cycle. They will need it again for 2012 to reclaim the losses from 2010. Don't look for any reform of Fannie or Freddie until after the election and no recovery (just more entitlements funded by Chi.com lenders).

I agree. The U.S. gov't was hesitant to (at first) even use the word recession. It is insulting when our gov't won't admit what is glaringly obvious.

Good points. Soros is flagrant with his distain for the U.S. He is a very dangerous man yet he is welcomed by and a little too friendly with many high level U.S. politicians. Where is the accountability?
