Whatever and however you think of American racial relations you must admit **this/now** is a lost opportunity. The political and economic well-being of the republic is evidently **not being served** by an entrenched and militant, ingrown and self_satisfied political "elite".

I hate to call them "elite", as they are politically powerful yet stump-dumb for serving the republics best interests. What **is** true is that damn-near all of that self_serving, non-functioning elite is racially WHITE.

True:: Obama was the **Manchurian Candidate** chosen, financed and "run" by the worst offenders in that globalist, cosmopolitan statist political elite. He was corrupted at-the-base.

Yet strangely ... as a Negro man and first-as-POTUS he could have stepped away and stepped out from the white elitist controlling crowd. He could have shaken them off ... like a dog shakes dead flees, gone to the Constitution for power & policy and to the citizenry for support.

He would have been crucified by the lib.com cosmopolitan left ... but he just might have pulled it off. Sometimes a brave man lives long enough to make a difference. We will never know what then might-have-been.

I will agree with you, they are not “elite” granted I have used that term to describe them in the past, however as of late I have chosen to assign them as the “Ruling Class”. They are defiantly not the brightest nor the smartest, however people in the propaganda club (the media) and those like Obama desire to be part of it! BTW, why in the world would Obama not do as he has been trained to do and studied to do for so many years. He Hates the America he grew up in and is destroying it.

This is why only 11% of Americas have a “Great deal / Quite a lot Confidence in congress, the rules do not matter (neither party) hell the law does not matter, the only thing that matters to these POS bastards is screwing the America people, so they can keep and gain power.

This is why 50%, one in two, half of the America people have “Very little / No” Confidence in congress.

The Good news for Mr. Rangel and the rest of Congress is that the majority of that same 50% who have “Very little / No” Confidence will vote there same representative back for another 2 years, just like Mr. Rangel we all know he will be Back next year.

Why can NO ONE understand the need for term limits? GOOD or BAD, we need some new blood there....

Representatives...2 4 year terms.

Selecia, we already have term limits, however just like The Federal Government refusing not to enforce Federal LAWS, the Voters REFUSE to enforce term limits. The America People have another chance to ENFORCE term limits in just over three months. I think we all know the “below average” voter will return the same POS back to Washington. We need fewer voters and ones not voting them selves more money and handouts.

We AGREE. I NEVER encourage ANYONE to vote...except for me. I want to ram my ideas and wishes down their throats...When I say that to folks who usually say that they don't vote, it shakes them up a bit. GOOD!

Another thing on term limits and we will use Rangel as an example; Assume the LAW restricted representatives to 4 2 year terms would the Voters who have voted this complete and utter POS, not vote for a similar POS?

BTW why do they need a year to learn, give me a break, how freckin difficult is the job of a congress person any way? You read a proposed bill, or you go to hearings for a proposed bill and then you vote “YES” or “NO” based on ones principles or based on what one believes is the best for his or her constituents.
