well first off joe lives around normandy, he saw a dead person on normandy in the road and it was never reported in the news... second even though thre is no law they sell helmets all over florida, i feel your pain, i had 3 friends from high school in motorcycle rear ends and t-bone accidents 2 ride wheelchairs, one died........the one that died beat testicle cancer 3 years prior to the bitch with no headlights pulled out of a trailer park on collins rd and he took 3 weeks to die he was going 35 mph so i can understand your hurt, joe was in no way making light of your friends accident, trust me joe is top shelf and also an editor here in jax topix,

again i apologize lets be safe out there ..cause i ride and been in a couple of close ones were the drivers just dont seem to be aware of riders..so Joe I take that back your no bitch..my bad Salami

first off..its the state that has no helmet laws, not the city..second, just because the law gives someone the option to noy wear a helmet, people can still have enough common sense to put one on....that being said, if the woman was at fault, then she definately should be charged.

Thanks for the comment 'what on earth', Daniel Gomez succumbed to his injuries Nov.14th & will be laid to rest this friday. He has given life now to other familes as he, as we all are donors. This is our second member of a close knit brotherhood we share to be killed by a drivers carelessness. In this case the driver, Sherry L. Love. All to beat a red light a father, son, brother, & great friend has been forever lost.
